PreservPros Inc began just before the 2007 housing crisis to help Brokers and Banks manage their foreclosed property portfolios.  Working with hundreds of banks and real estate brokers and agents over the years, PreservPros Inc has become one of the largest contractors in South Eastern Wisconsin for the REO industry.

PreservPros Inc. performs required services based on the applicable investor guidelines and/or client requirements. For loan types with no applicable regulatory guidelines, the HUD guidelines will be followed. Services typically include changing an entry lock(s), locking all windows and doors, winterizing to the applicable specifications. Full interior and exterior photos provided.

PreservPros Inc. will change the lock(s) at each property to the key code according to the regulatory requirements and/or client requirements. For loan types with no applicable regulatory guidelines, the HUD guidelines will be followed. No additional property preservation will be completed in conjunction with this work order type, unless otherwise specifically requested.

PreservPros Inc. will winterize the plumbing at each property to prevent freeze damage, according to the investor requirements for each loan type.

PreservPros Inc the premier company in SE WI and is known for insuring properties are winterized properly and repairing properties that were not!  We even provide Dewinterization services for inspection or buyers.

PreservPros Inc will remove and properly dispose interior, exterior and/or hazardous debris at each property based on client requirements and/or the investor specifications for each loan type. Following debris removal we can clean a property to prepare for sale and showings.

CONVEYANCE COMPLIANT

PreservPros Inc. will ensure that all work required by the regulatory guidelines for each loan type is complete and that the property is in conveyance condition. If any work is needed to bring the property into conveyance condition and can be completed per the published investor guidelines, the services will be completed in conjunction with this initial work order. If the work cannot be completed per the published investor guidelines, an estimate will be provided to bring the property into conveyance condition. Work will be completed based on client approval of estimate.

REPAIRS

PreservPros Inc is an expert with small repairs, visiting several properties per day repairing items from handrails to steps to leaking drains to thermostats.  PreservPros can schedule for a simple repair or schedule several repairs for 1 day to save time & money! 

REHAB and PAINTING

PreservPros Inc completes full rehabs on properties or units as well.  Did you have a tenant move out?  Does it need new paint and flooring?  Let us send you a quote!  We can paint, replace countertops and cabinets, replace flooring and a host of other repairs as needed!
