PreservPros Inc began just before the 2007 housing crisis to help Brokers and Banks manage their foreclosed property portfolios.  Working with hundreds of banks and real estate brokers and agents over the years, PreservPros Inc has become the largest contractor in South Eastern Wisconsin dedicated to the REO industry.  Because we are the ONE-STOP shop for Real Estate Brokers and Agents working in the REO field, we have expanded our services to be the small investors ONE-STOP Shop for all their management and repair needs.  Chris and Becky Lake, owner and operator of PreservPros Inc, also have several investment properties of their own, all managed by PPM and PreservPros Inc.  Expanding into the small investor property maintenance business was a no brainer since we already have the in-house field staff and a large list of trusted subcontractors to take on everything from minor repairs to full property renovations.  Together with our Field Service Techs, we aim to make even the small investor feel secure in owning a money making rental property.

PPM Company LLC began in 2019 to service the growing needs of Rental Management.  Together with PreservPros, PPM is unique in Property Management since most property management companies do not have a dedicated, experienced and licenenced repair company to complete repair work on customer properties.  Most other Property Management companies try to do repairs on there own or hire out to companies like ours.  PPM/PreservPros will know your property, have the appropriate repairs completed when they are needed and have the talent and ability to foresee potential problems before they start.  Keep your properties repaired and keep your tenants happy!  Happy Tenants mean more income to the owner!  That is not only our goal, that is our promise!
