Emergency Maintenance

We will mitigate emergency conditions as quickly as possible, when there is a clear threat to the property or the health, safety or general welfare of persons on or near the property. Such conditions may involve potential vandalism, water penetration, mechanical plumbing repairs,  or electrical hazards and other related conditions.

 

Lawn Maintenance

We will perform the necessary lawn maintenance to maintain the property’s appearance, and relieve the property of any existing or potential violations of local ordinances. Lawn maintenance includes mowing of the lawn, edge trimming, blowing of all paved areas (sidewalks, driveways, patios, etc.) and removal of any incidental debris. 

We also provide an automatic grass cut program, where we will maintain the property according to the applicable client’s requirements. This service can be completed weekly or biweekly basis.  We will continue maintaining the grounds at the property until instructed to remove the property from the program or when maintenance is no longer required, as specified by the client’s specifications.

Snow Removal

We will perform snow removal and salting based on local ordinances.  We also provides an automatic snow removal program. We will continue maintaining the grounds at the property until instructed to remove the property from the program or when snow removal is no longer required, as specified by the client’s specifications.

Winterization/Dewinterization

PreservPros is well known in SE WI for being one of the top winterization companies for vacant houses.  PreservPros has been winterizing houses correctly for 13 years and even has a growing customer list to complete repairs when properties are not winterized correctly the first time!  During cold months we will winterize the plumbing at any vacant property, to prevent freeze damage, according to the client’s requirements and approval.  We even offer dewinterization services to both clients and potential buyers.

Janitorial Services

We provide janitorial services to bring each property to a marketable condition. Service includes vacuuming of all carpets, mopping all non-carpeted floors, scrubbing all bowls and basins, removing cob webs, wiping down all counter tops, cabinets and appliances. Janitorial services can be performed at the time of initial services and on a scheduled recurring basis.
